In a situation beyond our control, we can all use inspiration to be our best selves. Whether we are isolating at home, essential working or home schooling, we can use positive energy and motivation to navigate uncertain times.
So, I am sharing my Back Pocket Skills® – a set of tools I developed in 2013 to help people lay down their burdens, see their value, shape a life of success and happiness, love and kindness, peace and joy. These skills are especially essential during turbulent times.
