Eileen began her legal career with the Will County and Cook County Public Defender Offices before establishing her own Estate Planning Practice in 2002. She is dedicated to drafting Wills and Trusts with Warmth and Competence. In addition to helping her clients protect their assets & loved ones, Eileen is an award-winning and nationally recognized speaker and author.
Joelle Doyle
Master Drafting Attorney
Serving our clients for over a decade, Joelle brings both experience and compassion to her role as Master Drafting Attorney. A gradate of John Marshall University, she is dedicated to crafting estate plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and values. Joelle has been married to her college sweetheart, Anthony, for 16 years and they have 3 wonderful sons, John, Darragh and Nathan. When she’s not running from game to game watching and cheering on her boys playing sports, she likes to cook with Anthony, play pickleball and ping pong with the boys, and get outside as much as she can.
Samantha A. Giesey
Managing Attorney
Samantha first met Eileen, the practice’s founder, as a young girl, later interning with KWL during her college years, and today proudly serves as our Managing Attorney. In her role, she helps guide the firm with care while focusing on what she loves most – meeting with clients, hearing their stories and providing peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning. Outside the office, Samantha enjoys playing guitar, writing music and exploring her passion for cooking. Recently, she’s also discovered a green thumb for gardening both plants and vegetables. She enjoys incorporating her harvest in her recipes as well as sharing it with friends and family.
Gina Mayer
Associate Attorney
Gina brings a strong foundation in estate planning, probate and client advocacy to her role as Associate Attorney. A cum laude graduate of DePaul University College of Law, where she finished in the top 20% of her class, she earned CALI Awards for achieving the highest grade in Estate Planning and Federal Income Tax. Gina values getting to know the people behind each estate and creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment where clients can talk openly about sensitive matters, understand their options and make decisions that reflect what matters most to them. Outside the office, Gina enjoys spending time with friends and family, is an avid reader, and is the proud cat mom of Willow and Pebbles.
Jacqueline Riotto-Nick
Associate Attorney
Jacqueline brings a broad legal background spanning real estate, civil litigation, criminal defense and municipal prosecution to her role as Associate Attorney. A graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law, she also holds degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Southern Illinois University—a combination that shapes her understanding of both the legal and human sides of client decisions. Jacqueline brings a thoughtful, practical approach to her work, breaking down complex information and helping clients move through important decisions with greater clarity and confidence. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active and cooking, and is a proud dog mom to Emmett, her Staffordshire Terrier.
